Property Policies
Lease Term: A 6* or 12 month lease is required.
Security Deposit: A Security Deposit equal to one months rent is required.
Parking: A maximum of two (2) vehicles per apartment.
Occupancy: Two (2) persons per bedroom. Children over the age of 12 sharing a bedroom must be of the same sex.
Pets: We welcome your pets. Please contact the Manger for full policies regarding pets. Additional deposit is required for pets.
Utilities: Residents are responsible for electricity service. Management will pay for water and trash collection.
